Elements GBF Target 4 covered: Dominica’s National Target 4 addresses the main elements of GBF Target 4 by focusing on reducing human-induced extinctions, improving the conservation status of threatened and endemic species, maintaining genetic diversity of priority native species and agrobiodiversity, and reducing human–wildlife conflict. It is particularly relevant to Dominica’s endemic parrots, mountain chicken frog, Lesser Antillean iguana, other threatened/endemic species, and documented agrobiodiversity loss.
