• Inventory the main causes of ecosystem degradation by municipalities;
• Identify the main socioeconomic activities that lead to the degradation of ecosystems and mitigate environmental impacts in municipalities;
• Strengthen legislation on environmental and biodiversity crimes outside and within the ACA;
• Implement participatory management systems for environmental conservation areas according to the category;
• Encourage populations to contribute to ecosystem stability and resilience actions;
• sound agricultural and livestock practices to reduce the use of pesticides;
• Create a carbon quota system.
• Strengthen anti-poverty programs.

•             Establish provincial or municipal targets for areas to be restored ;

•             Repopulate aquatic ecosystems with native species;

•             Restore and protect peatland areas.

•             Improve waste and effluent management systems to protect wetlands and estuaries.

•             Develop effective wetland restoration and conservation strategies.

•             Raise awareness among communities about the importance of wetlands and aquatic ecosystems;

•             Establish ongoing monitoring and outreach programs to track changes in wetlands ;

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the restoration and conservation measures implemented.

•             Develop and implement strategies that protect identified wetlands in the long term.

Carry out a forest inventory to check the current state and certify the land use, type of soil degradation ( agriculture, pasture , hunting).

•             Create sustainable restoration alternatives (take into account the type of species used, avoid exotic species and take into account native species).
