Élaboration et mise en œuvre des Plan Amenagement et de Gestion pour les Aires Protégées ;
Mise en cogestion les aires protégées ;
Création d'un mécanisme d’autofinancement des Aires protégées ;
Élaboration et mise en œuvre des stratégies de conservation des espèces emblématiques de la faune sauvage (Girafe , Guépard, Lycaon, Autriche etc.) ;
Elaboration des plans simplifiés de gestion propres à chaque site ou groupe de sites restaurés ;
Mise en place autour des aires protégées des cadres intercommunaux de dialogue et de concertation sur la gestion des parcs et réserves ;
Etc.
