D'ici 2030 la loi est appliquée au moins à 70% au niveau national pour l'exploitation et le commerce des espèces sauvages

Description

Il s’agit de veiller a travers des textes et loi à ce que l'utilisation, la récolte et le commerce des espèces sauvages soient durables, sûrs et légaux, en prévenant la surexploitation, en minimisant les impacts sur les espèces et les écosystèmes non ciblés et en réduisant le risque de propagation d'agents pathogènes,

Cet objectif vise aussi à redynamiser et renforcer les capacités des brigades et des unités d'enquête pour une application de la loi à 70% sur les espèces sauvages. Il prendra en compte l’approche écosystémique, tout en respectant et en protégeant l'utilisation durable coutumière par les communautés locales

Dans le cadre de la planification de la gestion des zones humides, il est essentiel que l'utilisation durable coutumière par les peuples autochtones et les communautés locales soit respectée et protégée.

L'utilisation, la récolte et le commerce d'espèces sauvages dans toutes les zones devraient être inclus dans les plans de gestion et les politiques spécifiques afin d'assurer une utilisation durable, sûre et légale afin de prévenir la surexploitation et de minimiser les impacts sur les espèces non ciblées et les écosystèmes.

L'approche écosystémique « Une seule santé » reconnaît les liens étroits entre les humains, les animaux de compagnie, le bétail et la faune (plantes et animaux) et leur environnement social et écologique. L'adoption d'une approche écosystémique dans la planification de la gestion des zones implique de reconnaître la dépendance de la santé et du bien-être à l'égard des zones.
