The target is about improving the ABS system to benefit ILCs and especially to protect traditional values and knowledge.
It will require education of ILCs about rights and value of TK.
Full support for Goal C and Target 13 which are Nagoya Protocol.
Goal B is for sustainability. Deals with sustaining genetic diversity in Goal A.
Target 13 is Nagoya Protocol and so is fully aligned.
