Objectif national 1 : Planifier et gérer toute les zones afin de réduire la perte de zones de grande importance pour la biodiversité.
FRIl s’agit d’un objectif qui permet au pays de prendre effectivement en compte dans ses processus d’aménagement du territoire, la question de la perte de zones de grande importance pour la biodiversité, y compris les écosystèmes à haute intégrité écologique, tout en respectant les droits des communautés tribales et locales. Par ailleurs, à travers une telle planification spatiale intégrée, le pays pourra réaliser des d'analyses avant de procéder à l'attribuer et à la efficacement la répartition spatiale et temporelle des activités dans chaque environnement pour atteindre.
