Réduction de pressions spécifiques sur la biodiversité
FRD’ici 2030, prendre des mesures politiques, juridiques et stratégiques pour réduire de pressions spécifiques qui affectent la biodiversité, notamment les conflits armés, les incendies/feux de brousse, les sécheresses, les inondations, les ravageurs, les maladies zoonotiques, tout en mettant en œuvre des actions adaptées de prévention, d’atténuation et de restauration écologique
- Intégrer les pressions spécifiques (conflits, incendies, sécheresses, inondations, ravageurs, zoonoses) dans les politiques de biodiversité et de gestion des risques ;
- Mettre en œuvre l’approche « One Health » dans les zones de contact entre humains, animaux et écosystèmes ;
- Élaborer des plans de prévention et de lutte contre les feux de brousse et les incendies forestiers ;
- Promouvoir l’irrigation durable dans les zones sujettes à la sécheresse ;
- Mettre en place des mesures de gestion écologique des ravageurs (ex. lutte intégrée, agroécologie) ;
- Protéger ou restaurer les zones tampon et zones humides pour réduire les risques d’inondation ;
- Renforcer les systèmes d’alerte communautaire et de réponse rapide face aux catastrophes naturelles liées au climat.
