Elements of GBF Target 20 covered: Dominica’s National Target 20 addresses national and local capacity building for enforcement, restoration, GIS and remote sensing, digital agriculture and marketing, circular economy, monitoring and evaluation and biodiversity finance. It also provides for regional and international technical cooperation and partnerships in joint scientific research, conservation and monitoring. It therefore strongly covers the capacity building, technical and scientific cooperation, joint research and monitoring components of GBF Target 20.
