Elements of GBF Target 14 covered: Dominica’s National Target 14 addresses integration of biodiversity into national development planning, fiscal policy and sectoral strategies. It also establishes important whole-of-government implementation mechanisms through clear institutional mandates, interministerial coordination and biodiversity budget lines across ministries. These provisions partly address the alignment of public activities and fiscal flows with biodiversity objectives.
