Elements of GBF Target 13 covered: Dominica’s National Target 13 addresses the development and operationalization of an ABS framework, fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from genetic resources, and traditional knowledge and safeguard considerations. It also establishes a 2030 deadline and partially addresses the legal, policy and administrative measures and appropriate access component of GBF Target 13.
